Motorcoach management · Western United States & Canada

Somebody has to own the coach. Usually nobody does.

Everyone has a shop that can fix a coach. Almost nobody has one person whose job is knowing this coach — what it has had, what it needs next, and what happens when it stops six hundred miles from home.

Two kinds of client

The work is the same. What it is worth to you is not.

A coach you live in and a coach that has to earn on Tuesday are different problems wearing the same body. We run both, and we do not pretend they are one conversation.

Judgement is the service.
The wrenching is the easy part.

What does not change

Whichever door you came through

Accountability

One person owns the outcome

Not a queue, not a ticket, not whoever is on shift. One technician of record who knows your coach and carries the consequence when it stops.

Alignment

We don't earn more when it breaks

Parts and outside labour pass through at cost plus a disclosed coordination fee. We are paid to prevent work, not to perform it.

Custody

The record is yours

One continuous, producible file per coach — invoices, oil analyses, tyre dates, inspections. Held in your name. If you leave, you leave with it.

Reach

Coverage follows the coach

A vetted network of regional technicians engaged and paid by us, plus the factory and authorised networks for major work, supervised throughout.

Provenance

Lead technician and maintenance manager, not a consultant with a theory

Coach Concierge was founded by the lead technician and maintenance manager of Holiday Motor Coach's Idaho Falls hub — the home shop for a fleet of more than a hundred coaches working across seven locations in the Western states.

At scale

A hundred coaches, every day

Not one coach looked after carefully. A fleet, on a schedule, where a unit that does not roll is a client who does not get collected.

Both sides of the wheel

He trained the drivers too

How a coach is driven decides what it costs to keep. Very few people have run the maintenance programme and trained the people operating the equipment. That loop is the whole difference between fixing faults and preventing them.

He builds technicians

The apprentice took the job

A diesel technician and fabricator he hired as a bus apprentice was the person who replaced him in the role. Finding and developing the right hands is the skill this whole model depends on.

Enquiries

Tell us about the coach.

A consultation is a conversation about the coach, how it is used and what has gone wrong before. No obligation and no charge.
